No ShopSite Order for Amazon Payments

I just got an order where the customer used Amazon Checkout. I can see all details on Amazon so will be able to process the order, but the ShopSite order never came through. I started using the BB Cart template about a week ago although I didn't make any custom changes to the cart template yet. What am I missing?

Check with Amazon tech support to see if they have any info on why their callback(s) for that order didn't make it to ShopSite. It could be something like an issue with your SSL cert, etc.

Yep, we just changed the SSL this week, too. I don't get many Amazon Payments, I may just turn it off. I'll think about it.

If you suspect (or have confirmed from Amazon) that it's an SSL problem, you could try running your SSL domain through an analyzer site like https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ to see if there is anything glaring like a missing intermediate cert, intermediate cert out of order, etc.

LexiConn is working on it. In the meantime I have disabled the Amazon Checkout button.
