We're trying to run a deal where the customer can pay shipping a single time for multiple copies of the same item (a book). I only want this to apply to this one book though, not the entire inventory. So far the best I can come up with is to do quantity pricing to adjust the cost of the actual product down to adjust for the cost of the shipping, but this runs into obvious math problems when the numbers start to increase.
Is there a way that I can charge shipping just once for large quantities of the same item? For example, right now a customer could buy the book for 20 + 8. I want them to be able to buy, say, five copies for 100 + 8, no shipping cost for the items after the first. Like I stated earlier, I also want it to only apply to the one item in our inventory.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
