Commenting on product reviews

Is there a way to add vendor comments to reviews? I have a negative product review that I would like to post on my website because it's not a product problem, so much as customer confusion. It would be helpful to post the negative review so that others don't make the same mistake, but I don't want to post the review without having the ability to comment on it.

The customer ordered an item that looks exactly like the picture, but she ordered it based on it being labeled as "burgundy," and in her opinion, it is "fuchsia." Talk about 1st world problems.... But I'd like to respond that customers should ask questions or purchase a sample if they are concerned about precise color matching.

Thanks for posting this question. We also have a need to add comments to a customer's review and have yet to find a way to do that. Lexiconn had and review addon that allowed that. We use to use that until Shopsite added that feature and then we went migrated the Lexiconn addon to the shopsite feature. It would be nice if ShopSite added this feature.
