How do I find my shopping carts IP address?

I need the submitter ID for my shop site shopping cart. My payment processor Chase Paymentech keeps blocking the IP address. I need to have it white listed. Please advise on how I get this information?

Contact your hosting provider to find the IP address of your server. Note that if there are multiple IP addresses assigned to the server, outgoing communications may go over the server's main IP address, not necessarily the IP address assigned to your particular domain.
