Hello,
I have begun to receive complaints from customers that they receive an email asking them to write a review, and when they click on the link to write a review, they get the following error:
]The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
No other information is available and I can reproduce the same error. In addition, when I go to a product page and try to write a review, the dialog box is created, I can write the review, but when I click on submit nothing happens. It just hangs and no error, nothing happens.
I have ran the diagnose.cgi and no errors are showing up, and I even tested the SMTP server connection and no errors are showing up.
The only change I have made is about 10 days ago or so I added Facebook conversion tracking code to the header of my shoppingcart.sst file. I backed up the original .sst file, added the facebook code to a copy of the .sst file and then saved it. The order system is working fine. But I am wondering if the product reviews.cgi is somehow managed by the shopping cart template and if something could have gotten lost or corrupted on that shoppingcart.sst file that would affect reviews?
Shopsite is normally so stable it is unusual for something to just stop working. Can someone please advise next steps?
I am running
Shopsite Pro 11 sp2 r3
Windows Server 2003
Thanks,
Hammer
