Try going to Utilities > Publish and uncheck the option "Insert an html comment before each include file ". Then click the Regenerate button to rebuild you store pages. That option inserts html comments at the start and end of each template file that is included on the page. The comments can sometimes be put in a place where it affects the actual layout of the page. This could be affecting the way the page displays on a mobile device.

Let us know if that fixes the issue.

The comments are still in the page source. for example at the top of the html on http://herbtree.com.sg/index.html it has
Code: Select all
<!-- ***** Start of Include: [sc] Flex-Build-VARs.sst -->

<!-- ***** End of Include:  Flex-Build-VARs.sst -->

That code would not be in the html source if the comment option had been turned off and the store republished
Make sure that you do as Nicole suggest, turn of the html comments at the start/end of included files and then publish the store again

Generated index file was in /store folder so copied it to the root folder and it doesn't have the comment code on the top but still not working.
What more needs to be done ?
