PIctures don't show up in WOrdpress

I have two sites I am using Shopsite on one work flawlessly the other I cannot get the images for the store items to show up any larger than about 4px x 4px ?? I have checked everything and I can't get it figured out.. anyone else experienced this>>

This is not a Wordpress.com blog but slef hosted they both are. The images should be 250px x250px

I don't see the product image you are referring to when I go to http://www.latitudeswi.com/group-travel-tour/women-new-york-expierence/womens-mke-nyc-2014-trip-registration/women-new-york-trip-payments/. Could you give me the URL to the image that is 4px by 4px.

The thing that I would first check is the original image size. In your ShopSite store go to Images > Configure, and look at the original image size. In ShopSite you have the option of telling ShopSite to resize the original image to a specific size. Make sure that (1) you don't have the checkbox checked to have ShopSite resize the original and (2) that the dimensions of the original image, if it is resized, is greater than 4 px (something like 1500 px).

I Fixed the issue... appreently this Wordpress plugin only works with certian themes and layouts... would have been nice to know that.. what a waste of 4 hours !
