Good day,
I've checked UPS and US Postal Service as my Shipping Carriers and checked the Custom Shipping. When I checked my shopping cart, the Priority mail is there then suddenly disappear. Only the UPS is showing. What will I do to have the Priority Mail option appear in the shipping options?

Have you selected a shipping container and specified a weight for each of your products? ( Products > Edit Product Info) Have you enabled the various shipping options you want to use for USPS on Commerce Setup > Shipping > USPS > Configure?
With USPS you need to make sure that you contact them after signing up and have them switch your account to the live mode. Make sure you have followed all the step on http://shopsite.com/help/12.0/en-US/sc/pro/usps.reg.overview.html
