"Show embed" not displaying

When I use the OrderAnywhere Linker, and click "Show Embed," the preview box is empty (although it can be resized). The code generated actually works on the website, but the arrangement of elements is all askew, and no matter what size I use there are scroll bars on the sides. Anyone know how to fix this?

The reason why the embedded display isn't working is because that section is in a iframe that is non-secure but the backoffice of your store is secure. One way around this is to go to Preferences> Hosting services and uncheck the box Use SSL security in ShopSite (Merchant Interface). This will make the backoffice screens non-secure (you will probably need to log in again) and the iframe content will now display. Once you are finished with the order anywhere code you should probably re-enable the checkbox so access to the orders in your store will be done securely.

Once the iframe displays the proper styles will be able to load so you can see what it is going to look like and you will be able to resize the window appropriately.
