Great! If we purchased the shopsite software outright, what is involved to get (and install) the upgrade?

In ShopSite v11 sp2 you now have the option for the cart to automatically combine multiple line items of the same product into one line item (if there are no order options.)

Where would this option be located?

Commerce Setup > Order System > Shopping cart. First field on the page, Combine Same Products.
