Need datafeed generator for multiple uses

We need a reliable datafeed generator that can be used to create multiple feeds. We need to feed data to comparison shopping sites, eg shopping.com, nextag.com, etc. Unfortunately, they have slightly different requirements so we can use just one feed.

Our current feed generator is not supported any longer so we are back to the drawing board.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Could you create a custom page and product template that creates the format that you need to submit?

The page template would have just the beginning and ending part of the file format that you need and a [-- Loop Products --] sections. The product template would format the various parts of the product into whatever the data feed requires for each submitted product. The [-- Products <tempate> --] tag would be used to specify the specific product template so that the normal would not be used.

Assign all the products to a a page (doesn't need to be linked to any store pages so no one will see it.) using the template for your particular feed. Then publish and you should have a pretty complete feed generated. There may be a little cleanup to the resulting output to remove some unnecessary formatting but a simple text editor should be able to do that quickly.
