"Ship to Country United States"

Another issue I have come across with the change from 7.1 to 8.2 is the addition of this text in the shopping cart:

Ship to Country United States

Is there any way to turn this text off from within the shopping cart?

FWIW - We are using the tax by zip function and we also have the only country available for ship to set to the United States.

Figured it out. Well a workaround at least. Just take out the text literally (leave the text input boxed black). Not sure where else this might have impact but for now it seems to work.
