Sign Out Link

I was wondering if a sign out link can be placed anywhere in the site or if the only place it will appear is in the view cart screen?

The tag [-- RegistrationSignIn --] can be used in a template for store pages. If the shopper is not signed in the links will be to Register and Signin. It the shopper is signed in it will contain a links to View/Edit Account and Sign out.
