Include CSS File

I am having problems trying to include a css file within the head tags of a page.

I know I need to edit the page template but I can't find it anywhere - we are using 'Text 3 on the left side' (<meta name="generator" content="ShopSite Pro 8.1.3.1 Text 3 On Left Side -C code">).

When I go to custom templates there is no option to copy this template to use a custom version. Anybody know where I should be looking for this template?

This template (along with a few others) is one of the legacy templates that is actually compiled into the software. These older templates are not available to be copied as custom templates.
