FedEx Subscription Information

we tried register for fedex & ups for shipping.

in the fedex registration form, only unites state is listed for country. what shall we do if we in other country?

in ups registration form, after summiting the form, this error message appear "The data is in error for StateProvinceCode"

can anyone advise what to do?

UPS is only available to merchants in the US and Canada.
FedEx is only available to merchants in the US.
