Email Error Message

Could someone please explain this? I have conntacted my host and I have looked in hte knowledge base but couldn't find an answer there either.

Warning, there are email problems!

The customer receipt was not able to be delivered.Sendmail returned an error: Unknown error: 512

On Linux/Unix servers ShopSite uses the built in e-mail system. It sounds like there is an issue with that system and your host will need to take a look at it. All ShopSite is doing is handing the e-mail off to the mail server so the error message being reported is coming straight from the e-mail system.

Thank you for the response. My host changed the mail path and neglected to tell me until after the fact. I was able to correct the file, so it's working again.
