Here is the issue...

We have 3 stores - retail - dealer - distributor

The dealer & distributor store are password protected

Need to add a link on the dealer & distributor stores so they can download an appropriate FREE PDF price list.

Per the instructions the PDF must be placed in the "downloads" directory - we do not have this directory and the host provider is unable to create it for us.

Anyone have an easy solution to this?

If you go to Commerce Setup > Digital Downloads you should be able to upload the file into the required directory. Can you not do that?
