How to Add Header and Footer to Shopping Cart/Checkout Pages

I'm using a header and footer for each of my product pages. However, the shopping cart itself does not use the header or footer and I can find no place in the backoffice where to insert the header and footer like I can on the product pages.

Any suggestions how I can make my checkout pages look the same as my product pages?

Each shopping cart screen has it's own header/footer, try adding your header/footer info in the 'Text at the top..' and 'Text at the bottom..' fields in the various Commerce Setup -> Order System submenus.

Also note that if you have any images or links in your header or footer HTML, then you should make sure that you are using absolute URLs because the cart screens are not in the same directory as the HTML documents or images.
