Quickbooks Order Transfer > Sales Order

I have installed and configured the Order Transfer add on and it is importing the orders from our Shopsite webstore into Quickbooks Enterprise 2007 very nicely.

But...in order to use the Inventory/Order Fulfillment feature in Quickbooks Enterprise, the order must be entered as a sales order. From what I can tell the only configurations available are to enter the orders as sales receipts or invoices.

Has anyone deleveloped a work around or have suggestions for importing orders as sales orders?
