Remove zip code in shoppingcard

There is a zip code showing in the shoppingcard, just above "choose country". Where do I go to turn that zip code option of? I do not need it, where I send to, it doesn't matter what zip code you have.

The zip code will appear on the shopping cart page if any of the below items are enabled:

- Free Shipping
- Sales Tax determined by zip code
- Any real time shipping options enabled
- Using a custom shipping API add-on
