Change "Loop Links" links to a <ul>?

I would like to change my [-- LINK --] items (links to other pages) to output as an unordered list with each link being a list item. That way I can have far more control using css. As it is, the output is simply <a href's.

Is this possible and if so how?

Ahh haa. Found it in the link-to definition section of the template:
