8.1 Product Download file

Hello,

With the 8.1 help files missing at present could I ask what the diffrence is
in the product download file from 8.0 to 8.1
The layout looks a lot diffrent?

All the help should be up on the on the website in a few days. Here are
some of the changes that were made to the product database fields.
(Note that although things were moved around a bit that shouldn't affect
uploading since order is unimportant to the upload. It may affect
downloads if you have an application that relies on the order of items.
It is possible however to specify the order for downloading using
"Selected fields" or "Use field map" options.)

Added- Product ID an internal record number for the product.
renamed- Option Box? to Customer Text Entry Box more descriptive
renamed- Option Finite Text to Option Menu Text more descriptive
renamed- In These Pages to Add to Pages appends product to page
added- Product On Pages assigns product to page replacing existing ones
added- More Information Title new field for moreinfo page title
added- More Information Meta:Keywords new field for moreinfo page meta
keywords
added- More Information Meta:Description new field for moreinfo page
meta description

A few field titles were also modified so the words are all initial caps like
More information text - More Information Text

I believe that the old field names will also work for product uploads,
so for example, you could have either "In These Pages" or "Add to Pages"
as the title of your upload data where you want to add a product to a
page and keep the products already assigned to that page.
