We have had two customers call to complain today. They say that after
adding the shipping and payment information they move to the next page,
which displays but it has no working buttons, the page is frozen and
seems to be locked up. They go back to the working page, reenter their
information, and it locks up again.
We have been getting a steady stream of orders from other customers,
so this must be either a user problem or an intermittent server problem.
I just want to know what to tell them when they ask "what am I doing
wrong?"
