UPS tracking info

Hi,

I'm new to shopsite, but can't find anything about this in the user manual.
I have a shopsite site that would like to auto send an email to the customer
with tracking info for the package.

Is this possible?

This isn't possible in Shopsite itself. However, UPS can actually send the
tracking info e-mail direct to the customer if you pass the info to your
shipping software. The other option is the Order Status Module from Lexiconn
for Shopsite. You upload a text file with the tracking number and it can
send an e-mail notification to the customer:
