Display ordering options in a table?

I need to hack ShopSite yet again to make a client happy. They want to
display a table w/ ordering options instead of a drop-down list.

I can theorize about how it would work, just put a buy button on each
one possibly?

Is this even possible, technically speaking? Would you be able to make
an add-to-cart button that would add the appropriate item w/ selected
option?

Any advice wouild be appreciated...
