I just downloaded and installed Firefox and ran a complete purchase through
as a test. It worked perfectly for me as well. The odd thing is when I told
those people to try it with Explorer they did and it worked perfectly for
them. If your theory is correct they have different security settings in
Firefox than Explorer?

Jay,
I went to your site in Firefox, and had no issues putting items in the
cart, or getting to the checkout page. I did not try and complete an
order, but the site looks fine from what I can tell. Maybe some of your
customers are blocking cookies and trying to register / sign-in, which
would not work if cookies are disabled / blocked.

We have been getting phone calls from clients recently that have gone to
FIrefox for their browser. They all have the same complaint that they
can not get items into the shopping cart and if they do they can not get
through the checkout page. Is there a known issue with Shop Site and
Firefox or is it just my site? Our pages are all canned templates from
Shop Site so it is not a custom page issue.
