Good Shopsite host

Aside from Lexiconn, what hosts are very experienced with Shopsite? The
Shopsite referral page has a lot of flakey hosts as partners, I have
been purusing that list. I am not a fan of Verio but perhaps they have
improved since I was familiar with them years ago. Any other
suggestions highly appreciated. Thanks.

Present situation excluded, we've always been very pleased with Lexiconn.
Verio was problematic for us.

I've used pair.com for a number of years as a provider, and for the last 2 year years
for Shopsite. They've been rock solid. Very good support.

I too highly recommend Pair. In fact I consider them one of the best
companies I've ever worked with in any arena. Their support is top-notch,
and they are very familiar with ShopSite.

I called Pair just now but got the greenhorn sales rep who was clueless
beyond knowing how many megabytes are offered for each plan. Please
advise the name of an experienced rep at Pair if you know one. Thanks!

Not sure (didn't deal with a sales rep when signing up).

They have pretty good information on the site:

We use Wells / authorize for our merchant account & payment gateway.

I know they have some support guys who handle Shopsite - maybe you could
get through to one of them.

I'd email shopsite@pair.com and explain your situation. I can't speak about
their sales people, but the ShopSite team that responds to this email
address is excellent. I'd be honest and share your experience with the sales
rep you spoke to.
