UPS return wrong shipping cost

Resently, UPS is not working properly for my website :

It return wrong shipping fee. My website cost $10.04 for 1 lbs item in a
24"x12"x12" box with no handling fee. When I creat a shipment on UPS website
with same information, it cost $6.95
Can anyone help?
