How would I make shipping to a P.O. box impossible?

You could write a javascript checker that would reject the field if it
had a PO Box.

However, you'd need to account for any version of how they may enter the
PO Box...for example,

POB

P.O.B.

PO Box

P.O. Box

etc.

If they found a format that wasn't restricted, it would get
through...ditto for if they have javascript turned off in their web
browser.

That's the best I can think of.
