Orders -> Security

Hey there,

is there any other way to access the Orders -> Security screen then by going
this way?

Background of my question: If I delete all old orders from the order screen
and "No orders" is displayed, also the butoon "Security" vanishes until a
new order is placed. I cannot access the order screen during this time
between orders deleted and a new order coming in. Not very dumb user
friendly.
