Shopping Cart Error Message!

Greetings,

I'm getting an error in my shopping cart that reads as follows:

"UPS Message: The XML document is not well formed"

The message appears after I enter a new zip code and recalculate the
shipping charges.

Has anyone seen this before? I looked through ShopSite help and was unable
to find a match. I obviously need this fixed asap.

I'm using ShopSite Pro 7.1

I have not heard of this error in v7.1, my first suggestion would be to
go to Commerce Setup -> Shipping -> Configure UPS and use the
Re-register UPS function and go through it completely, then try again.
