Inability to Change/Update Registration Data

Hello,

In the past week, we have had two customers who have been unable to
change/update the address they originally entered during registration.

They get as far as selecting the field they would like to change, but the
check field edit box on the form will not accept a checkmark. They also
report that the edit form contains some garbage data.

Anyone else experiencing this problem.

This is a serious problem, as customers who change address cannot place
orders. Any solutions?

Sounds like this should be escalated through the host where your store
is located. They can escalate it to ShopSite if necessary.
