How can I charge CC processing fees?

Hello,
I'm trying to figure out the best way to charge/pass on CC processing fees.
It looks like maybe I could add it as a handling charge and percent of subtotal, however that does not cover the tax collected,
which also incurs a processing fee. Any one collecting CC fees and how are you handling?

Ok so according to SS support there is no ability to do this at this time. I suggested it in the Enhancement Requests forum.
