Anyone else having this issue, in the last few weeks/month we have has an increasing number of people complain that they are no longer getting purchase receipt emails, but if they look in their Junk/SPAM folders the emails seem to be there. At the moment the only pattern I have noticed is some people are on embarqmail.com or centurylink.net domains. We have not heard of this issue with larger domains like Google, Microsoft, Comcast, etc. Just curious if anyone else has started to see this issue. We are monitoring for other domains and are testing the email receipts we send out directly through Shopsite.
