Cart Items Disappearing

Hello All,

I've gotten at least four reports from customers in the last two weeks saying that their shopping cart items are being deleted when they "Continue Shopping."
They have all been using Chrome. Our site uses ShopSite Pro 12 sp3 r1.
I tried with both Chrome and Safari to replicate the problem but it's been working perfectly for me.

Has anyone else heard of this issue? If so, were you able to fix it?

If your site was recently moved or upgraded AND moved then maybe you have links to the old cart as well as the new? Or do you have your view cart button hardcoded with a shopping basket ID instead of a generic view cart. You can post your site here or email us a link at info-team@shopsite.com and we'll take a look.
