Create gift certificates in bulk?

Is there a way to create gift certificates in bulk? Right now I have to create them one at a time then export them, which is very inefficient when I need to create about 200-500 of them. Using a coupon code isn't a good alternative, but I'm also curious if there is a way to create coupon codes in bulk as well.

No, there is not a coupon or gift certificate bulk upload feature at this time.

It is a good idea. It has been submitted for consideration, to our enhancement team. I can't make any promises, but it may be incorporated sometime in the future.
