No. But a better way to get that info in a usable format (that you could import into an email list manager or something, for example) would be to download all orders (use the Download Orders button at the bottom of the Orders menu) in tab-delimited format, including just the Customer Name, Email, and Email List fields, then you can open it in a spreadsheet and sort on the Email List column and delete all the records that don't have anything in that field (that means the shopper didn't check the checkbox), then delete the Email List column, and then what's left is a list of names and email addresses of shoppers that checked the checkbox.
