Order Notifications CC email

My boss has been receiving copies of all sales on our website since its inception, but recently told me he would like that to stop.

So, I went to Customize Order System —> E-mail and removed his address from the Order Notifications CC, but he is still receiving them. Is there somewhere else I need to do this?

I think he set up his E-mail as default for all the orders notification.

Do you use a payment gateway to process your orders (like Authorize.net or PayPal?) If so, perhaps he is getting emails directly from those systems?
