We received a call this morning that our reviews were not working on the website; after some investigating I found out that Google made a change to the ReCaptcha V2 code about a week ago and it broke something in the back end of ShopSite. I did have a conversation with Lexiconn and they did confirm this, Shopsite is aware of the issue and a patch is forthcoming. No ETA on the patch and the recommendation was to go and use the older reCAPTCHA code for the reviews. Lexiconn told me that this also effect customers that use the reCAPCHA during the checkout process.
