Text box: add additional and max text length?

I have Manager. I'd like to add additional text boxes on product pages and set a maximum text length. Advice? Thanks.

By default we don't offer either multiple text boxes on a product or limiting the length within a text box. A solution is to either have your shoppers input all the information that they want into one text box or create a custom template.
