Good order management systems?

Postby xylemdesign » Tue May 13, 2014 1:39 pm

Hello,

We are currently using the Stone Edge order management system which is buggy, slow, and a pain to update and use. We are in search of an alternative and I was wondering if anyone has had a good experience other software? Are there a lot of choices that work well with shopsite?

For some reference we have around 25000 SKU's based off of around 500 products.

Did you ever get any feedback on this? We are also looking for a new backend management system. Currently using mail order manager.

Did anyone get any answers on this? We are also looking at replacing out old outdated Order management system and we are looking to replace ours. Does anyone have any suggestions? We need to be able to talk to Amazon US, Amazon Canada, Ebay, Sears and Jet.com.

thanks in advance

We are currently using StoneEdge, and we have been looking around. The problem we have been finding is we need a return module that is not through the merchant channel. We looked at Tejas and we really like it but their return module is not 100% complete. It is a cloud based software and there is a little on the expensive side but we are still in the hunt. Monsoon just sold StoneEdge last month so part of me is waiting to hear what the plan is for that software. We also are looking at FreeStyle software.
