A customer ordered a product and for some reason the coupon code did not work for her. I'd like to apply the coupon code now that her order has been placed, or somehow discount her total by that amount. Can I do that now?
There isn't a built in way to do a refund or reduce the price of an order. Depending on the method you use to collect payment, you may be able to do a refund of part of the price paid through your payment gateway.
