Upgrading version 10 to latest

Use Paypal Express for payment so I got the email(s) concerning the updated Paypal payment system, I'm not sure if this will effect older versions of Shopsite, my version is;

Manager version:10 sp2 r2

My hosting service (Bluehost) has an install\import for version 12.1.2, is it easier to do it this way or the upgrade manually through Shopsite. If I end up doing it through Shopsite is there any link with the process explained (I did it once before but a few years ago) any tips??

We have tested version 12 in PayPal's test environment:

While I would not anticipate any problems with ShopSite version 10 sp2, that version is over 5 years old so I would strongly suggest upgrading to the latest version. If there is an upgrade button on the bluehost control panel use that. Depending on your setup with them the upgrade system will either be via SimpleScripts or Mojo Marketplace.
