Hi, I try to access to the system of shopsite and the system says' Bad Store ID, please try again to sign in.' How c?an I have access to my customer and my order or change the customer ID

The storeid is case sensitive so when you enter the storeid you need to make sure you use the proper upper and lower case letters.
If you can't remember what the storeid is you will need to contact your host for assistance with retrieving that information.
