Navigation issue using Chrome on Smart Phone

Hi folks,

In testing the new responsive design to make our site mobile friendly, I have encountered a strange issue. In using the familiar theme, I have defined a three level navigation menu that when expanded, the dropdown links listed actually go below the screen on the phone. When I try to scroll up to see the links that are below the screen, Chrome takes me to a page acting like I clicked on a link. I'm not able to get to any of the links that are listed below the screen.

This works this way using Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy 3 and Galaxy 5. It works fine using Safari on an iPhone or my Samsung Galaxy 3. It also works fine using FireFox on the Galaxy 5.

I'm about ready to abandon using the three level dropdown menu.

Do any of you any suggestions?

Fred, does it take you to a page or does it close the navigation menu and keep you on the same page (that's what it sounded like you were describing in another post)? If it is the latter, see my response in the post listed below:
