Menu options gone in the back office

When I go into the back office, I see all the menu headers, but nothing happens when I click on them. The drop down menus don't show up any more. Here is the link I am using: http://www.udderlyamazinggoodies.com/shopsite/ss/config.cgi Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That link won't work for anyone on the forum since it requires a username and password, which you shouldn't give out on the forum.

How much disk space (quota) do you have left on your account? It may be that you have exceeded your limit and some files may have been deleted. You should give your host a call and ask them to check into the problem. If they don't provide support for ShopSite you should contact ShopSite directly. You can get contact information at http://www.shopsite.com/contact.html.

Your secure Checkout page also has an issue, it is prompting for login to load the CSS and JavaScript files. This is likely because you have the wrong SSL URLs configured in Preferences -> Hosting Service. This could also cause the backoffice issues you are seeing as well. Go to Preferences -> Hosting Service (settings.cgi) and make sure you have these settings in the SSL security section:
