SSL Certificates

Hello,

I am using ShopSite 11 on a site I'm hosting. Their gateway is First Data Global Gateway. I am having difficulty installing the SSL certificate. What I have from GoDaddy is

Certificate (CRT)

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
-
-----END CERTIFICATE-----


Private Key (RSA)

-----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY-----

-
-----END PRIVATE KEY-----


Certificate Authority Bundle (CAB)

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----

-
-----END CERTIFICATE-----
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
-
-----END CERTIFICATE-----
-
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
-
-----END CERTIFICATE-----

And there's the CSR. According the ShopSite manual I should paste everything from

Private Key (RSA)

-----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY-----

to
-----END CERTIFICATE-----
and

Certificate (CRT)

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
-
-----END CERTIFICATE-----

But I keep getting an error when I try to save that says incomplete or incorrect certificate. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

If you are pasting your GoDaddy SSL certificate in the First Data settings, that would be the wrong certificate. The certificate that has to go here has to come from First Data.

Note that there is a newer First Data gateway called 'First Data Global Gateway e4'. If this is the type of gateway account that the merchant has then they will need to upgrade to ShopSite 12 or newer, which is the version that particular gateway was added in.
