USPS Priority Regional Rates

Hi...I want to be able to use the USPS Priority Regional Rates for my shipping costs in the shopping cart but can't figure out any way to do that. I've gone through each of the shipping options several times and none of them seem to fit to do this. Do I need to import a special program or is there a way to at least get it close to what it should be ? Thanks for any help you can give me.
