Advanced Ordering Options Questions

Hey all! My products are prints that my company presses onto T-Shirts. My pull down menus are 1) Choose Garment and Size, 2) Choose Color, 3) Custom Name? (yes or no), 4) Custom Number? (yes or no).

In the advanced options my list of avail products is ridiculously long...every option it gives me isn't technically available, so I have to go through and Uncheck everything I do not want to show up. Do you know if checking "delete" will eliminate this option all together from other products as long as I use the same pull down menus by copying and pasting the exact same text into the pull down menu text box?

I just went through and did everything and it took me two hours and come time to save I hit save and it lOGGED ME OUT!! (THAT WAS FRUSTRATING)

I have emailed shop site as well. If anyone can answer this please let me know because at two hours a product and over 75 products Im looking at a lot of box checking time, hope y'all can help, HAVE AN AWESOME DAY!!

The first thing I would do is go to Utilites > User Accounts > Configure and set the inactive time to automatically log you out to a longer time. Then log out and log back in so you can work without having to worry about being logged out.

Do all your products have the same possible options? If so you could configure one product so that the options are correct and then use the Copy Product option to make the other products instead of trying to recreate each product with the options individually.

You could also download the product that you have configured properly and then in a spreadsheet copy that product's information and duplicate it in the spreadsheet and then make the modifications necessary that distinguish the products like print name or whatever is different between them.

If I understand the question properly the answer is No. Each product's options are independent from all other products options , so changing one product won't affect others.
