Greetings:
I'm going to bring up a topic I mentioned a few years ago, that being backend processing of product/orders/payments/inventory/shipping.
Currently we are running a potpourri of products to accomplish the above and would like to eliminate the inefficiencies we are experiencing.
As for a solution, we are aware of Ordoro. It looks like it can handle the inventory, purchasing, shipping end of it. We like that its cloud based.
But what about product, payment, customer, account and order management?
Does anyone have any suggestions for these departments?
*For payments - How many of you simply use whats built into Shopsite for payments?
*For customer and order management what are you using?
*For new products, are setting up the bulk of any product and then importing product data? Or is there a 3rd party application that allows you to setup the product prior to importing into shopsite?
Any insights would be appreciated.
